Our Service
We can offer local and nation-wide coverage for all Deliveries and Collections. This service provides same day delivery and collection, as well as out of hours call out for urgent jobs: rest assured that Southern Despatch will be there to help during those unexpected emergencies. All twenty plus of our couriers carry two-way radios and mobile telephones to increase our flexibility and efficiency, allowing deliveries to be monitored. Where a Customer has an urgent or valuable consignment, we like to ensure that the Customer is assured. We can, if required, advise our Customers immediately that delivery has been made by fax with confirmation of the delivery time and recipient's name.
Contract Couriers
Should you need collections or deliveries on a regular basis then this can be easily achieved through our Control's Computer System which can be updated to meet your needs. Credit accounts for high volume clients are welcome, subject to a credit check. Our invoicing can be prepared on a weekly or monthly basis and may be tailored to include references provided by the client to assist in the reconciliation of accounts.
Customer Assurance
Amongst our growing database of Clients, many Blue Chip Companies have come to rely on Southern Despatch for our swift, reliable and thoroughly professional service. Clients consignments are insured FREE for up to £20,000 per consignment whilst the goods are in transit. Our computer systems have been specifically developed for the courier industry and our control team are on hand to answer any queries which you may have and to handle your requirements with the utmost speed and efficiency. All of our personnel carry Company Identification and ensure that the Clients' security requirements are met.

All of our Control Staff are thoroughly trained in order that they are fully proficient in the use of our systems and to ensure that the Client receives the very best attention at all times.
